Time is running...
We are already here in Jasper for one and half weeks and can't imagine to live some-where else in the world at the moment. If somebody would ask me today where I would like to be on this planet I would say Jasper.
We experienced minus 30 degrees last week, got caught in a snowstorm, hiked one several trails through the woods, try to see a grizzly, turned in applications for job and had I too many raspberry/white chocolate muffins. Our plans for the next couple weeks have changed a little: we both would like to find jobs in Jasper which is going to turn out pretty good, we think. I will start working at "the other paw" bakery next Friday and Basti has an interview at one of the most famous hotels in this area: The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge! They actually looking for a spa attendant!!! You see we getting settled here to stay a little bit longer then we expected. Almost everybody in the city told us that there are no jobs available. But we were lucky. The next step will be to find another place to stay for beginning of March to safe some money. We will keep you posted on that for sure! For now we say bye and send you some great pics of the Jasper National Park!
